我是美洛|德国舒适家聚信美店的一名销售,依稀记得进入美洛的第一天是13年7月22号,也是我进入暖通行业的第一天,对于我来说这是一个完全陌生的行业。
I am salesman of MOULUR Joyhome Mall Store. I remembered it was Jul. 22nd, 2013. The first day I entered this field, which was a completely strange industry for me.
新环境,新行业。在正式上岗之前,公司组织了一场长达15天的专业培训,通过理论、实操,最后到工地实习,让我对未来充满信心,也让我对美洛这个“大家庭”有了更多的认识,让我更加坚定加入美洛是一个正确的选择。
It was new environment, new industry. Before taking the post, I attended a 15 days training including theory and practice. I was confident about my future, and knew more about MOULUR family and I believe I made a right choice.
我在美洛的第一个岗位并不是销售,而是一名客户中心的制单员,这是一份极其考验细心和耐力的工作,还好有公司各个部门同事的帮助与配合,工作中遇到的困难都能很快得到解决。
My first position was not sales, but a trade document person. It was a job testing my carefulness and patience. Fortunately, my colleagues were all warm-hearted. With their help, I can smoothly solve my problem.
因为有了宝宝,家庭压力更大,生完宝宝之后我毅然选择了现在的岗位----销售。在选择销售这个岗位的时候,内心挣扎了很久,因为我性格的原因,平时不太喜欢和陌生人打交道,所以这对我来说,做销售工作其实有很大的难度。后来还是自己说服了自己,开始了我在美洛的第二个岗位。
Later on, I had a baby. The pressure made me chose the second position- sales. When I chose the position, I struggled a lot. Because of my introverted personality, I didn’t like contact with people. So it was difficult for me to be a salesman. But gradually I persuaded myself. 
事实证明,这条路确实如预期的一样,非常困难,付出和收获不成正比,心里有些失落,也萌生过打退堂鼓的想法。
It turned out to be as difficult as I think. What I gain wasn’t equal to what I paid. I felt depressed, even thought of giving up.
后来是我的一个客户给了我信心,她让我明白,只要用心对待每一位客户,他们是一定会被感动,端正自己的态度,不要把得与失看得那么重,只要你肯学,肯努力,敢拼博,有理想,你的生活一定会往好的方向发展。
Afterwards, my customer gave me confidence. She made me know, as long as I treat my customer sincerely, they will be touched. Have a right attitude, and don’t think too high of gain and loss. To be hard-working, be brave, be idealistic, you life will head to a better direction.
