美洛,以家为经营理念

第一次走进这个大家庭的时候,感觉和大多数的公司不一样,这是一个公司?还是一个机构?除了办公室每个部门是隔开的单间以外,装修也是别具一格。这要回到第一句 “家”的概念,因为装修风格完全等同于私家住宅(老办公室),让人感觉很温馨,后来才知道,这与公司的经营理念、服务对象密切相关。
The first time I came to the big family, I had a question in my mind, “is this a company or an institute? Why it is different from other companies? ” Every office was separated, the decoration was unique. It was just like home, which made me feel comfortable and warm. Afterwards, I knew it was closely related to the company’s management principle and target customers. 
刚融入这个大家庭的时候,每个员工的首要任务不是工作而是接受培训。刚开始会有一些不理解,心里会觉得我是来工作的,不是来听课的,大把大把的时间浪费在这上面值吗?这可能和我以前工作的经历有关,也可能和我工作岗位相关(平面设计)。经过长时间的培训,我渐渐明白公司的用意所在,因为公司从事的行业,对于重庆地区算是一个新新的行业,懂的人不多,设备、工艺更没多少人知道,就连使用的我们产品的人也不多,为了能把这个行业传播出去,只能先从培训自己的人开始,自己的人懂了才能很好的进行销售。虽然我不是销售人员,但是我的工作却要求我走在销售的前边,所以培训就成了必不可少的一部分。
The first task was to receive training. To be honest, I was a little confused “why need I waste so much time on training? I’m here to work, not to receive training.” It may be related to my former working experience, may be related to my working position (Graphic design). After a long time training, I gradually realized the company’s intention. The field my company engaged in was an emerging industry, so not many people knew the technique and the equipment. Only a few people use our product. So in order to promote the industry and our product, the company has to train all new employees. We can better sell the product even though I am not a saleswoman.  My work is in front of sales, so training is an indispensible part.
刚来到美洛的时候,其实挺无助的。因为不熟悉这个行业,又因为我算是美洛的第一个美工,前边没有人交接,没什么资料可以参考,最可怕的是需要的资料找谁都不知道,完完全全跟着罗总的思想在走。在这里还是挺感谢他的,要不是他我可能做不到今天。
I feel helpless at first because I was not familiar with the field and I was the first art designer of the company. I’ve got no person to contact with, and I’ve got no reference. I totally followed my general manager Mr. Luo. Hereby I want to thank him, without him I wouldn’t be here now.
说到这里,有一个小插曲,13年我辞了职,当时的原因很单纯,觉得太累了想休息一下。公司很多领导找我谈心,最终,我还是离开了。离开后的一个月,同事发信息让我回去,当时没太在意。后来经过同事多次劝说回到了美洛,现在已想不起是什么原因能驱使我厚着脸皮回到公司的,也许因为这里是家。
There was an episode in my working process. In 2013, I resigned for the simple reason that I was tired and wanted to take a rest. Many leaders of the company communicated with me, but finally, I decided to leave. A month later, many colleagues sent me message to ask me back, but I left them alone. Afterwards, a colleague persuades me to come back many times. Then I came back to MOULUR, but I can’t remember what the exact reason was for me to come back, maybe here was my “home”.
第二次走进美洛,不知道是不是因为变得成熟了,累了,趴下休息后继续工作,没有那么多的抱怨,仿佛看透了工作的本质。
The second time I came to MOULUR, I became more mature. When I felt tired, I took a rest and went on working without complaint as if I saw the nature of work.
转眼间4年过去了,美洛在不断的壮大,我也在不断的成长。我挺珍惜和同事们一起走过的岁月,因为这个大家,也让我找到了我的小家。
It has been four years since I came to MOULUR. I develop and grow with MOULUR. I cherish the time with my colleagues, and thanks to the big family, I formed my own family.
